We prepared Bigboss Travel Agency Software

Bigboss Travel was having difficulty in managing its reservations and all processes with the package program it used.

Bigboss travel agency had no desire to sell online to its sub-dealers and end users in the first place. Depending on the authorizations of the company employees, the company needed a simple accounting module that could create offline reservations, create vouchers after the reservation, filter the reservations according to a certain date range, receive incoming and outgoing passenger reports, and track financial transactions with sub-dealers.

We successfully delivered the project and provided development services from time to time.

PROJECT FEATURES

Creating a Reservation

When starting to create a new reservation on the reservation page, first select for which sub-dealer the reservation will be created and for which date range. On the page that opens after the selection; Hotel, Transfer, Tour, Flight Ticket and Special service products can be added to the same reservation. Notes can be added to the products in the reservation and the guest's flight code and flight time can be added to the added transfers.

Reservation List

Reservations are listed according to the most recent reservation date to the most distant date. Reservations can be filtered according to Check-In Check-Out dates, Sub-Agency, Hotel Name, Reservation Code and Cities.

Reports

On the reports page, a transfer list report can be obtained by selecting the arrival and departure status of the guests and the date range. In this way, an excel printout can be obtained with many more details such as who the guests to be welcomed or departed are, where they will go and where they will go.

The titles of the information in the report are GUEST NAME, CODE, AGENT, COUNTRY, HOTEL, ROOM, PAX, CHD, C/IN, ARRIVAL, TIME, C/OUT, DEPAR, TIME, TOURS.

Accounting

Current account is created for the Agency, Tour Operator and Hotel that work together in the accounting module.  While creating the current account, it is possible to choose which exchange rate to work with.

Debit and credit status of the finalized reservations are transferred to the created current accounts. Collections and payments can be entered in current account transactions. Current transactions can be automatically sent to the desired customer via e-mail as pdf or excel in the specified date range. A country-based debt receivable report can be generated in current account transactions.

Products

There are three products as Hotel, Transfer and Tour.

After the hotel registration, room registration is made by specifying the room name and capacity. After the room registration, the age status of the people in the room, whether breakfast is included or not and the price information that will be valid on which dates are entered.

After the transfer company registration, we create the transfer routes of the company. We can create routes as we wish. When creating a route, we can create it using any of the Country, City, District, Hotel, Airport values. For example, we can create a route from a different city to the airport or hotel in another city, or we can create a route from the airport to a district or a hotel. We can enter vehicle prices by specifying per person or vehicle capacity for the routes we have created.

We register the company that organizes our tours. For the tours organized by the relevant company, we first enter the name of the tour, which city it is in, between which dates it is organized, on which days and at what times. After creating our tour, we enter our tour prices by specifying per person or person range for private tours.

Definitions

We have three definitions as Geographical Regions, Airports, Airlines.

We enter the Country, City and District information we work in Geographical Regions.

When entering airports, we enter by selecting the country, city and district along with the airport name.

When entering airline companies, we only record the name of the airline company.

Users

For the users who will log in to the system, we select the authorizations for which pages the user can see along with the Name, Surname, Email, Phone, Password information.
