A product request process that ran on email and Excel moved to a coded, recorded B2B portal.

The challenge
Dealers and customers asked about products by email, and requests were collected in Excel; details such as units per carton, minimum order and delivery time had to be passed on by hand every time.
What we built
- Three separate catalogues (represented brands, licensed products, unlicensed products)
- Brand and category management
- Product card with stock code, units per carton, unit price and currency, VAT, minimum sale quantity, delivery time and country of origin
- Total quantity calculated from the number of cartons
- Cart and coded product request, with a printable request document
- Requests forwarded to management by email
- Membership by company type, password reset
- Request inbox and drag-and-drop ordering in the admin panel
